ไม่ใช่เรื่องรูปร่างอีกต่อไป คือไงล่ะ ตอนนี้เราค่อนข้างบ้าออกกำลังกาย และ จะเผาผลาญร่างกาย เวลากินเยอะ ซึ่ง ก็กินเยอะทุกวันแหละ
ทั้งมีประโยชน์ ไม่มีประโยชน์ พอร่างกายเผาผลาญสิ่งที่กินไป น้ำหนัก ก็อยู่ในขั้นที่ โอเค
แต่ตอนนี้ ที่เริ่มคิดเรื่องลดอาหารขยะ พวกของมันๆ น้ำตาลเยอะ น้ำอัดลม กาแฟ เป็นเพราะมันมีผลกับผิว อย่างแรง
ตอนนี้รู้สึกว่าผิวแย่ สิวเยอะ แบบเก่าไปใหม่มา หน้านี่ไม่ได้ว่างเลยทีเดียว เฮ้ออออ

สู้ๆ

1. ถ้าคุณต้องอยู่ใกล้คนที่อารมณ์เสียอยู่ตลอดเวลา ให้อดทนไว้และมีสติอยู่ตลอด
2. ฝึกคิดบวก และเรียนรู้ที่จะแยกแยะอารมณ์ของตัวเองจากคนอื่น
3. ดูแลตัวเองให้ดี บอกตัวเองว่า ชั้นมี สิ่งดีๆและ คนดีๆมาคอยให้กำลังใจชั้นอีก
4. อยู่ในสภาพแวดล้อมที่ดี คุยกับคนมองโลกในแง่ดี
5. พยายามทำตัวเองให้อารมณ์ดีเข้าไว้ ก็ช่วยได้เหมือนกัน

but i hate MAC mascara.. Loreal's ones are a lot better really

ermm can't think of any.. i'm not a girly girl.. i think

i don't know.. none.. i guess

J.Lo Love at First Glow.. i love it but i think it's discontinued.. why???

FLAT.. i hate wearing heels

the only subject that i got As was English

Blue/black

9--Do you drink energy drinks ?
nope

10--Do you drink juice ?
yep

11--Do you like swimming ?
yes.. but i don't really have a chance to swim now
i started swimming since i was 4-5
that's how i got these board shoulders

sometimes but normally i eat them with my hand

i keep changing/trying new products but normally only drugstore ones

i think marriage is just paper
it can't garuntee that 2 people will love each other forever
but i wanna spend the rest of my life with you baby
